Who is responsible for your data

What data we process and why

First name, last name, date of birth and email, and the activities you choose, to manage your pre-registration for the Prayer with the songs of Taizé and the meeting with the brothers of Taizé on 7 November 2026: confirming your email, allocating places and the waiting list, sending your ticket and checking entry on the day.

If you are 14 to 17, also the name, email and phone of the responsible adult, to ask for their approval and to contact them on the day.

Only if you tick the box, your name and email to send you news about future Taizé gatherings in Barcelona.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). For minors aged 14 to 17, also the approval of the responsible adult. We do not accept registrations from under-14s.

How long we keep it

We delete all personal data 30 days after the event (on 7 December 2026). We only keep the name and email of those who opted in to news, until they unsubscribe, and anonymous attendance figures.

Unconfirmed pre-registrations expire after 48 hours.

Who has access

Only the organising team. We use these providers, who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, servers in the European Union), Vercel (web hosting), Amazon Web Services (email delivery, EU region) and Cloudflare (bot protection). We never share or sell data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, object to it, ask for portability and withdraw consent at any time by writing to contacte@taize.barcelona. You can cancel your activities from the personal link you'll receive by email.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat) or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies. We count visits anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify visitors. It only stores the language you choose and, in the internal panel, the organising team's session.
